About Us

We live in Austin, Texas and absolutely love everything to do with health, fitness and wellbeing. It is our passion to educate men and women on how to workout, eat healthily, get in shape and maintain it for life. With a combined 20 years of experience, we know what works and what doesn’t. Our training is based on a combination of strength and circuit style resistance training. Our methods are simple and effective and over the years we have achieved amazing strength and aesthetic results for ourselves and clients alike.

Together we have created a brand that isn’t just about training. We love lifting weights, it’s what we do best, and we want to teach others how to lift as safely and efficiently as possible so they can achieve their goals. However, training isn’t the only part of the picture that needs attention, nutrition and mindset are just as important to achieving and maintaining results and we love helping people improve every aspect.

Cara is the Owner, President, and Head Trainer At Slay'd Fit Movement. Coming from a competitive fitness background, Cara has developed a well-rounded approach to coaching with her understanding of what it takes to not just look your best but to feel your best. Being in her 40’s now, aesthetics are no longer as important as being strong and staying healthy for her family.  As a Certified Nutritional Coach and over a decade of experience in the industry, she is the all-around package offering motivating training and a balanced nutrition regimen. "I love what I do and helping others become stronger and maintain a healthy life, drives me to do better every day”

This powerhouse of a trainer is incredible at motivating you to reach your greatest potential. Taylor graduated with a BS in Exercise Sports Science, from Oregon State University. As a certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness instructor, she has years of experience working with all age ranges. Her knowledge of health and nutrition is a winning combination, creating amazing results for her clients. Nicknamed the tiny terror for her killer workouts, you can be sure you'll never leave without breaking a sweat or a smile!
